Last year, I had the chance to collaborate on a 3D project with the team of Pura Vida Growth (@puravidagrowth). Together, we created a short commercial to be displayed on one of the screens at Juan Santamaría Airport.

The client challenged us to produce an "anamorphic" animation. For those unfamiliar, anamorphic animation is an optical illusion that distorts images on a flat surface to make them appear three-dimensional, giving the effect of elements literally popping out of the screen.

Although the commercial was brief, it was quite a challenge, particularly in achieving the client’s desired effect. This was, in fact, my favorite part of the process.

I led the modeling, texturing, rigging, and 3D animation, as well as the rendering, visual effects, and final composition. It was a rewarding experience, allowing me to further develop my skills with tools like Blender3D and After Effects.
